Live Tooling

Planet offers specialized solutions for turret lathe live tooling applications. Using our unique, patent pending designs, we have eliminated many of the failure modes of standard live tooling and increased the duty cycle to eliminate duplicate tools in your operation. With the use of externally cooled bearings, the Planet Live Tool can run long cycle times without the heating or wear of traditional tools.
